Non-IC diaper wearers ever saved by unexpected messing? (2025)

No. I do sometimes accidentally mess myself because sometimes the urge to poop comes over me extremely quickly, but of course, since I don't wear 24/7, that inevitably happens whenever I'm NOT wearing a diaper. Usually when it does happen though, I'm either already on the toilet or on the way to it, so it's not a full messing and it doesn't happen often enough for me to feel the need to wear 24/7 even if I could afford to do so.

Yeah, last month had got norovirus from Chinese food. Was wearing as i wanted to relax after work and it saved me from one large accident.

Typically, I only #2 in the toilet, but have had a couple times I trusted a fart and got more than I bargained for. Not a full messing, but glad I had protection.

I know you said non-IC, I don’t know if I would put myself in that category as I’m not technically IC. I have IBS and it feels like anything can trigger it these days. I wear 24/7 for wetting so I’m always well protected. But I just got back from a trip back east and I live on the west coast so the adjustment to the time change has thrown my IBS for a loop and I’ve had 4 unexpected accident this week. Not fun, but grateful to have a diaper on. I’m lucky to have a very caring wife who changed every one of them, they weren’t hard poops either. Bless her heart!

When I get extremely nervous, I get gassy at best and things slip out at worst. Once, I nearly literally crapped myself when my parents almost found out about my baby stuff. Thank god I was wearing at the time.
