Not to my knowledge. I have seen cost breakdowns by arrondissement for Paris but France does not even have a MLS.

I dont know but there are real estate websites that have many listings. This is a hobby of mine ;p
I have looked on Leggett:
https://www.frenchestateagents.com

But recently I started looking on a different website and now I can't find it (cleared my cookies recently). But if you google France real estate you'll find plenty of websites, and then see which one is designed in a way you prefer...

No as Tocard said, but there are advertising services that agencies use to list properties:
Le bon coin https://www.leboncoin.fr/
Bien ici https://www.bienici.com/
Se loger https://www.seloger.com/
Le Figaro Immobilier https://immobilier.lefigaro.fr/
Belles demeures https://www.bellesdemeures.com/

Other websites: notaires..fr and pap.fr

Just add the name of the area you want to search (Paris, Amboise, Nice, Sarlat). These are sales, rental, older, newer, and upcoming constructions. The same property could be listed with several agencies even with different prices because the system is very different from what you encounter in North America. Note, not all properties at an agency are listed. If you see something interesting, go to the agency's website and you will find more listings. Some apartments may be listed with only one agency "exclusive," not on a website, so the only way you can find it is to walk the streets of the neighborhood.

In addition, there are property listing services aimed at international buyers or buyers of second homes in rural areas. Jessica was referring to one of those. Some have only houses, old stone farmhouses that could take years to redo, others luxury with pools and views of the countryside. Look at Green Acres.

It is an endless source of frustration for potential home buyers used to easier access to information. There is only one rudimentary MLS, (MLS Cote d'Azur), and they shut down public access a couple of years ago.

To the list above, from Bets, you can also try MeilleursAgents.com for listings (many duplications) and (wildly off) valuations.

To the above list, the major real estate firms do have their own aggregation websites. The international ones (Century21, Engel & Volkers) and the bigger French ones like Orpi, La Foret, Guy Hoquet, Nexity or large networks of idenpendents like IAD France. Each area may also have their big regional chain (and then you devolve into specialists, who may only cover the neighborhood or building). BTW, a favorite for well presented eye candy is Espace Atypique

If you're seeking the map-based functionality of Zillow, where you can see properties that meet your criteria in a geographic area plotted on a map, so that you can click on the icon for the property and up will pop an ad containing information about it, then bienici.com probably comes closest to duplicating that specific part of Zillow's function.

Of the various online tools, bienici also tends to have more precise property location information than other websites; many of which just show the town or the commune in which the property os situated. It's not unusual with bienici to be able to find a house's specific location using the information on bienici combined with Google street view (if street view covers the area).

That said, bienici can be very slow and clunky. Quite frustrating to use, at times.

Bienici.com is probably the best all around site - they also have an app. They don't have all of the available listings but do have most of them. If valuing an address, you can also look at meilleursagents.com or pap.fr to find out comparable sales.

If you are looking for a place in overseas France (Guadeloupe, Martinique, St Martin, Reunion Island, French Guyana, Mayotte), Domimmo is the specialist at that.
